was founded by the
TOURIST AID ASSOCIATION
(Turistasegítő Egyesület)
in the year 2000.

The first aim of TOURIST AID ASSOCIATION and this internet travel magazine is to promote Budapest, the city itself, to make it more well-known in the World, to advertise all the good and reliable places and service providers in it, and also : to HELP tourists who visit our beautiful city.

From January 2003 BUDAPEST-GUIDE.COM besides the traditional English language appearance, also developed a Chinese language version, which became the official Chinese language tourist information website of Budapest.

Since the end of 2003 Hungary provides tourist visa for the citizens of the People Republic of China, and Hungary became one of the main tourist targets recommended by the government of the P.R.C., we expect that more and more Chinese visitors will come to our city. We do hope, that on the pages of our tourist information site, they will find all the necessary information needed to make their journey as smooth and happy as possible!
